ROBBERS ON Rampage!


Actor and President of Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN) Fred Amata was, robbed at gun point on Saturday the 25th of June.

According to his friend and colleague, Matthias
Obahiagbon, who narrated the sad incident on Facebook, Fred was on his way back from
business dinner, and was already waiting for the gate of his street to be opened when 4 gunmen attacked him holding him captive in his car as they drive off.

They stripped him of some valuables and play him go with his cloths in after he pleaded with them.

Luckily the police drove him home in a patrol vehicle at almost 3am.

A report of his stolen vehicle has been made to
the police; a signal already sent across Lagos state; one of his many phone lines retrieved; and a phone bought for easy communication."

In a similar development but down south in South Africa, popular make up artist and entrepreneur from Nigeria Bimpe Onokoya and her husband were robbed at gunpoint almost immediately the landed in the country.

Bimpe who want on her IG page narrated:
"My hubby and I were robbed at gun point this morning in Jo'burg, less than 1 hour after touch down, they crossed our car, four guys came out armed to the teeth with sophisticated looking guns,
they emptied us, took everything, my makeup box, my camera and lenses, 2 Mac laptops, all our clothes, our international passports, so right now we don't have identity in a foreign land, the police have been wonderful to us, but Nigerian Consulate is a story for another day , still trying to find a solution to this mess!!! #strandedinjoburg".
Thank God no life was lost. May God help us all!.
